Who is ready for my SUMMER MELT DOWN PROGRAM?

This program will be for 14 DAYS to provide you with lots of the exercises I use to build my core & booty. These exercises will get you right in all the right areas.

I REALLY want to help you get motivated for the SUMMER & get fit!
Lets MELT DOWN THAT FAT & BUILD THOSE CURVES!

This challenge will have a HOME & GYM VERSION!
We will use 99.9% of equipment that every gym has. If not I will have an alternative for you!! Or you can do the HOME VERSION!

INCLUDING A GROCERY LIST & BASIC MEAL PLAN FORMAT!

We will also use the App MyFitnessPal to track how many calories we are eating day. This will help you assess how much your actually eating. Just add me on the App Name- flawfit.


PROGRAM FORMAT

Monday-Wednesday-Friday (HITT Core & Cardio)

Tuesday-Thursday (BOOTY)


WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

-Easy or Mild Closed loop resistance band (or one you can tie into a closed loop)
-Swiss ball (used from my previous challenge!)
-10-20LBS pair of dumbbells **** ONLY FOR HOME VERSION
